油气悬挂减震器性能试验台的研发

Research and Development of Performance Test Bench for Hydro-Pneumatic Suspension Shock Absorbers

摘要 针对用于测试油气悬挂减震器性能的试验平台匮乏的问题,设计了一种伺服油缸动态对顶加载的油气悬挂减震器性能试验台,其包括液压系统、测控系统、软件界面,可以实现试运转及静压试验、循环加载试验和泄漏试验等各项性能测试。通过实际试验结果表明:平台测试性能稳定,能有效体现出产品的各项性能。 Aiming at the lack of test platform for testing the characteristics of hydro-pneumatic suspension shock absorbers,a performance test bench for hydro-pneumatic suspension shock absorbers with dynamic top loading of servo cylinders was designed.The test bench includes hydraulic system,measurement and control system,and software interface,which can realize various performance tests such as trial operation,static pressure test,cyclic loading test,and leakage test.The actual test results show that the platform test performance is stable and can effectively reflect the performance of the product.
