摘要
现有的便携式天线安装繁琐,步骤较多,从打开背包到安装好天线,直到对星完成,需要5 min时间。针对目前便携式天线安装耗时太多等问题,介绍了一种拉杆便携式天线的设计方法,并介绍了天线系统原理、系统特点、结构设计,以及力矩、角速度、角加速度和响应时间的计算,确定了电机选型。所设计的拉杆便携式天线使用时只需要打开箱盖便可进行工作,1 min内可完成定位、展开、跟踪卫星,极大地缩短了对星时间,使用方便,便于携带。可为便携式天线的设计提供一种思路,具有一定的参考价值。
The existing portable antennas are complicated to install and have many steps.It took 5 minutes to open the backpack,install the antenna,and complete the alignment,which is too much time.A design method of a pull rod portable antenna is introduced,and the selection of the motor is determined by introducing the antenna system principle,system characteristics,structural design,and calculation of torque,angular velocity,angular acceleration and response time.The designed pull-rod portable antenna only needs to open the box cover to work.It can complete positioning,deployment and tracking of satellites within 1 minute,which greatly shortens the time for satellite alignment,and is easy to use and carry.It provides a way of thinking for the design of portable antenna and has certain reference significance.
