摘要
针对机械设备使用过程中存在的问题,介绍了几种减震装置。为提高减震效果,设计了一种适用于机械设备的改进型减震装置。确定了减震装置的机械总体结构及各组成部件的结构设计,将主减震块和副减震块设计成稳定的三角型结构,增强了减震稳定性,有利于提高机械设备的使用寿命。
Aiming at the problems existing in the use of mechanical equipment,several kinds of damping devices are introduced.In order to improve the shock absorbing effect,an improved damping device suitable for mechanical equipment is designed.The overall mechanical structure of the damping device and the structural design of each component are determined.The main shock-absorbing block and the auxiliary shock-absorbing block are designed into a stable triangular structure,which enhance the shock-absorbing stability and help to improve the service life of the mechanical equipment.
