摘要
针对目前多数负载敏感比例阀的前置压力补偿阀无法实现流量抗饱和功能,导致压力补偿阀的调压弹簧磨损等问题,设计了一种负载敏感比例多路阀的抗流量饱和方法。首先通过压力传感器检测各执行缸的实时油压值,由控制器采集压力传感器压力信号并比较后确定油压最大值P_(max);然后控制器获取系统输出压力值P,计算P与P _(max)的差值ΔP,并比较ΔP与设置的标准压力差值ΔP_(0);最后在ΔP<ΔP_(0)时,启动抗流量饱和功能,通过修正各执行缸需求流量,控制比例电磁铁的电流值调整阀块的阀芯位移量,改变到达各执行油缸的流量,最终实现抗流量饱和功能。
At present,the front pressure compensation valve of most load sensitive proportional valves can not realize the flow anti saturation function,resulting in the wear of the pressure regulating spring of the pressure compensation valve.In this study,an anti flow saturation method of load sensitive proportional multi-channel valve is designed.Firstly,the real-time oil pressure value of each executive cylinder is detected by the pressure sensor,and the controller collects the pressure signal of the pressure sensor and determines maximum oil quantity P_(max) after comparison;then,the controller obtains the system output pressure value P and calculates the differenceΔP between P and P max;compareΔP with the set standard pressure differenceΔP_(0);finally inΔP<ΔP_(0),start the anti flow saturation function,correct the required flow of each executive cylinder,control the current value of the proportional electromagnet,adjust the valve core displacement of the valve block,change the flow of each executive cylinder,and finally realize the anti flow saturation function.
