摘要
闭口闪点是石油产品质量控制的一个重要安全理化指标。主要介绍了影响闭口闪点检测的几个因素:样品加入量、火焰直径、加热速率、初始点火温度等,并对影响原因进行了分析探讨。操作人员在检测中应当采取一定措施规避此上因素,提高闪点检测数据的准确度和精密度。
The closed flash point is an important safety physical and chemical index for the quality control of petroleum products.In this paper,several factors affecting the detection of the closed flash point were introduced,such as sample amount,flame diameter,heating rate,initial ignition temperature and so on,and the influencing reasons were analyzed.Operators should take some measures to avoid these factors and improve the accuracy and precision of flash point detection data.
