摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)是一种慢性进行性骨关节病。此病在我国中老年群体中具有较高的发病率。临床上主要以缓解膝关节疼痛、恢复膝关节的功能和提高患者的生活质量作为KOA的治疗目标。现阶段临床上治疗KOA的方法较多。射频是一种微创治疗技术。近年来射频无论是单独使用还是与其他疗法联合使用,均在KOA的临床治疗中取得了较满意的疗效。本文主要是对射频治疗KOA的临床应用进展进行综述。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a chronic progressive osteoarthropathy.This disease has a high incidence in the middle and old age groups in China.Clinically,the main treatment objectives of KOA are to relieve knee pain,restore knee function and improve patients’quality of life.At present,there are many clinical treatment methods for KOA.Radiofrequency is a minimally invasive technique.In recent years,radiofrequency surgery has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of KOA,either alone or in combination with other therapies.This article reviews the clinical application of radiofrequency therapy for KOA.
