摘要
互联网普及打破了时空限制,破解了“三农”发展的困境。本文使用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,综合运用分位数回归、工具变量模型和中介效应模型,检验了互联网巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果的机理。研究结果表明:(1)无论从移动设备还是固定设备使用互联网,均可以显著降低农民陷入贫困的概率,进而巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果;(2)互联网使用在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果中,对处在贫困边缘、高脆弱性的人口发挥更大的作用;(3)进一步对作用机理进行检验,发现提高信息搜寻能力、增加社会资本积累、促进非农就业以及提高民间借贷水平均是互联网巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果的作用路径。
The popularization of the Internet has broken the limitation of time and space,and solved the dilemma in the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.This paper uses the data of the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),and comprehensively uses the quantile regression,instrumental variable model and mediation effect model to test the mechanism of the Internet consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty elimination.The research results show that:(1)the use of the Internet from either mobile or fixed devices can significantly reduce the probability of farmers falling into poverty,thereby consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty elimination;(2)In consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty elimination,the use of the Internet plays a greater role in the population on the edge of poverty and high vulnerability;(3)Further test of the mechanism finds that the Internet consolidates and expands the achievements of poverty eliminiation by improving the ability to search for information,increasing the accumulation of social capital,promoting non-agricultural employment,and improving the level of private lending.
