摘要
目的:探讨铜砭刮痧配合生红液湿敷对糖尿病足溃疡愈合及血清血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)表达的影响。方法:将80例患者按入院先后顺序随机分为两组,每组40例。两组进修创面评估、常规治疗(改善微循环,控制血糖,控制感染)、清创,在此基础上,对照组外涂重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶,干预组采用铜砭刮痧配合生红液湿敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效、溃疡创面症状积分、溃疡面积收缩率和VEGF水平。结果:干预组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组溃疡创面症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组溃疡面积收缩率、VEGF表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:铜砭刮痧与生红液湿敷联合使用可有效促进糖尿病足溃疡面愈合,改善VEGF表达水平,降低致残率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of copper-bianstone scraping and scraping combined with Shenghong liquid(生红液)wet compress on the healing of diabetic foot ulcer and the expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups received advanced training in wound assessment,routine treatment(improving microcirculation,controlling blood sugar,and controlling infection),debridement.And on this basis,the control group was treated with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor gel,and the intervention group was treated with copper-bianstone scraping and Shenghong liquid wet compress.The clinical efficacy,ulcer wound symptom score,ulcer area shrinkage rate and VEGF level were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the ulcer wound symptom score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the ulcer area shrinkage rate and VEGF expression level in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Copper-bianstone scraping and wet compress with Shenghong liquid can effectively promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcers,improve the expression level of VEGF,and reduce the disability rate.
