摘要
电喷雾检测器(CAD)是近年来发展起来的新型通用检测器,由于其具有兼容梯度洗脱、灵敏度高、响应不依赖于分析物的结构等特点,已越来越多的应用于半挥发性或非挥发性化学物的检测,是其他液相常用检测器的有力补充,在药物分析中的应用越来越广泛,在药物质量控制中已发挥很大的作用。本文就对该检测器的原理及其在化学药物分析中的应用进行综述,对其未来发展进行展望。
Charged aerosol detector(CAD)is a new type of general-purpose detector developed in recent years.Due to its characteristics of compatible gradient elution and high sensitivity,and because its response does not depend on the structure of the analyte,it has become more and more popular,and is more and more commonly used in the detection of semi-volatile or non-volatile chemicals.It is a powerful complement to other liquid phase detectors commonly used.It is more and more widely used in drug analysis,and has played a great role in drug quality control.In this paper,the principle of the detector and its application in chemical drug analysis were reviewed,and its future development was prospected.
