浙江中北部近海曼氏无针乌贼资源现状 被引量:5

The Resource Status of Sepiella maindroni in the Coastal Areas of North and Central Zhejiang

摘要 为掌握增殖放流背景下浙江中北近海曼氏无针乌贼资源现状,根据2017-2019年4月和11月6个航次的底拖网渔业资源及环境调查资料,研究了浙江中北部近海曼氏无针乌贼群体结构、资源时空分布及其与深度、温度和盐度3种环境因子的关系。结果显示:曼氏无针乌贼资源分布呈现明显的季节特征,春季(4月)调查海域的生物量密度和尾数密度高于秋季(11月),调查年份春季平均资源密度为1.72 kg·km^(-2),秋季为0.81 kg·km^(-2);春季胴长和体质量均大于秋季,整体来看2017-2019年的群体规格已达不到1980年代的平均水平;空间分布上,春季主要分布在近海,秋季主要分布在外海;春季生物量密度较大,在不同水深的海域均有分布,秋季集中分布在深水海域;秋季生物量密度的分布与底温、底盐的关系极显著(P<0.05),最适底层水温范围为20~21℃,最适底层盐度的分布范围为33.5~34.5。 In order to grasp the current Sepiella maindroni resource situation at central and northern Zhejiang adjacent sea,under the influence from stock enhancement.Based on six voyages of bottom trawl surveys regarding fishery resources and environmental data in November and April from 2017 to 2019,this paper studied the S.maindroni population structure,temporal and spatial distribution and its relationships with the depth,temperature and salinity at central and northern Zhejiang adjacent sea.The results showed that the S.main droni biomass and density in spring(April)were higher than those in autumn(November).Specifically,the average resource density was 1.72 kg·km^(-2) in spring and 0.81 kg·km^(-2) in autumn.The S.maindroni mantle length and body weight in spring were greater than those in autumn,and the individual size in 2017-2019 was less than the level in the 1980s.In terms of spatial distribution,S.maindroni is mainly distributed in the offshore area in spring and the open sea in autumn.The S.maindroni biomass density was higher and distributed across various water depths in spring,while less and more intensive in deeper water in autumn.The distribution of biomass density in autumn was significantly related to bottom temperature(P<0.05)and bottom water salinity(P<0.05).The optimal range of bottom water temperature was 20-21℃,and the optimal distribution range of bottom salinity was 33.5-34.5.
