摘要
放牧是家畜养殖成本最低的饲养方式,也是多数国家反刍家畜养殖的主要形式。随着生态环境的改善和退耕还草、休耕等政策的实施,可供用于放牧的草地、草山和草坡逐渐增多。与舍饲相比,放牧家畜营养需要的研究较少,饲养标准等相关信息有限。文章综述了放牧家畜的营养需要、影响因素等方面的研究进展,以期为放牧家畜营养需要量的研究提供参考。
Grazing is the feeding method with the lowest cost in livestock husbandry, which is also the main form of ruminant raising in most countries. With the improvement of ecological environment and the implementation of the policies such as returning farmland to grassland and fallow, the amounts of grasslands, grass hills and grass slopes available for grazing have increased dramatically. Compared with the barn-feeding, very few studies have been conducted on the nutritional requirements of grazing livestock, and the information on the relevant feeding standards is also rather limited. The paper reviews the research progress of nutritional requirements, influencing factors and related studying methods for grazing livestock, to provide reference for the research on the nutritional requirements of grazing livestock.
