摘要
商业模式成型是一个试错的学习过程,受制于焦点企业所处的背景框架,即网络嵌入会影响并驱动商业模式构建。基于对初创科技型企业海帆的分析,聚焦新商业模式构建过程,研究了网络嵌入在商业模式演化中扮演的关键角色。经研究发现:关系嵌入是企业获取多元化资源、外部网络认同的有效渠道,影响企业价值创造与价值捕获活动,其中,强关系引致交互式相依性,弱关系引致互补式相依性;过往某一时空域的初始连接会增强企业价值创造与价值捕获活动的相依性,而后续的中断连接和重构连接会拓展企业价值创造与价值捕获活动的相依性;两种关系嵌入类型和三种结构嵌入方式存在耦合效应,共同决定企业价值创造与价值捕获活动的相依性水平。
The formation of a business model is a trial-and-error learning process,subject to the background framework of the focus enterprise,and the network embeddedness influences and drives the evolution of the business model.Based on the case of a start-up technology enterprise Haifan,focusing on the new business model selection and forming process,this research on the key role that network embeddedness plays in the evolution of business models finds that:①relationship embeddedness is an effective channel for enterprises to obtain diversified resources and external network recognition,which affects the value creation and capture activities of enterprises.Among them,strong relationships lead to interactive interdependence,and weak relationships lead to complementary interdependence.②the initial connection at a certain time in the past will enhance the interdependence of enterprise value creation and value capture activities,while the subsequent disconnection and reconstruction will expand the interdependence of enterprise value creation and value capture activities.③the coupling effect of the two types of relationship embeddedness and the three types of structural embeddedness determines the interdependence level of enterprise value creation and value capture.
