基于混沌脉宽调制的有源EMI滤波器高频抑制效果优化设计方法研究 被引量:18

Optimization of High Frequency Noise Suppression Effect of Active EMI Filter Based on Chaotic Spread Spectrum PWM Method

摘要 随着电力电子变换器向高功率密度的趋势发展,对电磁干扰(electromagnetic interference,EMI)滤波器体积大小的要求也越发严格,有源EMI滤波器(active EMI filter,AEF)具有体积小、集成度高的特点,应用前景广阔。但相较于无源EMI滤波器,AEF在相对高频频段(通常为5~30MHz)存在EMI抑制效果不佳问题。文中以应用广泛的反馈型电流采样电流补偿AEF为例,详细分析运放增益带宽积限制AEF高频EMI抑制效果的机理,首次提出基于混沌脉宽调制的AEF高频抑制效果优化方法,实验结果表明,相同结构的AEF在同等级的低频EMI抑制效果下,基于混沌脉宽调制的AEF可显著降低AEF中所需的运放增益,将EMI高频抑制的有效带宽扩宽5~8MHz。文中提出的优化方法无需增加硬件成本,有效地提高了AEF的EMI高频抑制效果,适用于高功率密度的电力电子装置。 With the development of the power electronic converter,the requirements for Electromagnetic Interference(EMI)filter size become stricter.The prospect of application of active EMI filter(AEF)is promising due to its small size and high integration.However,compared with traditional EMI passive filter,the problem of poor high-frequency EMI suppression in AEF still hasn’t been solved so AEF has been not widely used in industry.In order to analyze the common problems existing in AEF,taking the Feedback Current-Sense Current-Compensation AEF as an example,the Boost converter was used as an experimental platform to show the design process of parameters in AEF.The mechanism by which the gain bandwidth product of the operational amplifier limits the high frequency EMI suppression effect of AEF was analyzed,and the method of combining Chaotic Pulse Width Modulation(CPWM)with AEF design was proposed to enhance the EMI high frequency suppression effect.The simulation and experimental results show that the desired amplified gain of AEF can be reduced by CPWM,thus the EMI high-frequency inhibitory effect will be enhanced.No extra costs are needed for this optimization method,which is suitable for high power density power electronics devices,and the high-frequency EMI suppression of AEF is effectively improved.
