摘要
目的:探讨血小板计数(PLT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平与溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的相关性。方法:回顾性选取2019年4月至2020年4月我院收治的160例UC患者,根据改良Mayo评分进行分组,0~2分为缓解期UC组(42例),≥3分为活动期UC组(118例),活动期UC组继续分组,3~5分为轻度活动期UC组(59例),6~10分为中度活动期UC组(35例),11~12分为重度活动期UC组(24例)。同时选取35名健康志愿者作为对照组。比较活动期、缓解期UC组患者和对照组受检者PLT、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、FIB、D-D、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,以及轻度、中度、重度活动期UC患者各指标水平;并分析UC患者PLT、FIB、D-D水平与UC分期、严重程度及CRP、ESR水平的相关性。结果:活动期、缓解期UC组患者PLT、ESR、FIB、D-D、CRP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),且活动期UC组各指标水平均高于缓解期UC组(P<0.05)。轻度、中度活动期UC组患者PLT、ESR、FIB、D-D、CRP水平均低于重度活动期UC组(P<0.05),轻度活动期UC组各指标水平均低于中度活动期UC组(P<0.05)。UC患者PLT、FIB、D-D水平与UC分期、严重程度、CRP、ESR水平均呈正相关,P<0.05。结论:PLT、ESR、FIB、D-D、CRP水平在UC患者体内呈高表达,且PLT、FIB、D-D水平与UC分期、严重程度、CRP、ESR水平均呈正相关,临床中可通过检测UC患者纤溶系统功能、凝血功能相关指标的水平变化辅助制定有效的防治措施。
Objective To explore the relativity of PLT,FIB and D-D to ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Reviewed 160 UC patients treated in author’s hospital(2019-04-2020-04),according modified Mayo score method divided the 160cases into remission UC group(0-2points,42cases),active stage group(≥3points,118cases);the latter were again divided into mild active group(3-5points,59cases),mid-active group(6-10points,35cases),and severe active group(11-12points,24cases);at the same time,enrolled35health examinees as control group.The PLT,ESR,as well as the levels of FIB and D-D were compared between UC patients of remission group,UC patients of active group,and health examineers of control group;above each norms were compared between UC patients at mild,mid-and severe active stage;more than,the relativity of the UC patients’levels of FIB,D-D and PLT to UC staging,severity to CRP and ESR levels was analysed.Results UC patients’(either active or remission)PLT,levels of ESR,FIB,D-D and CRP were all higher than control groups’ones(P<0.05),and,above indexes of active UC patients were all higher than that of remission UC patients(P<0.05);the PLT and levels of ESR,FIB,D-D and CRP in UC patients at mild and mid-stage were lower than that in UC patients at severe stage(P<0.05),also,all indexes in mild UC patients were lower than that in mid-UC patients(P<0.05).The PLT,levels of FIB and D-D were proportionally releted to UC staging,severity,as well as CRP level and ESR(P<0.05).Conclusion PLT,ESR,as well as the levels of FIB,D-D and CRP show high expression in UC patients’body,and,PLT,as well as the levels of FIB and D-D were proportionally related to UC staging,severity,ESR,and CRP levels,thus clinically making effective prevention&treatment measures maybe assisted by detecting relevant functional norms’change in UC patients’fibrinolysis system and coagulation system.
