肺脏超声在新生儿感染性肺炎的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨肺脏超声对新生儿感染性肺炎的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)经临床确诊为感染性肺炎患儿的肺脏超声检查结果及同期有床旁X线检查、CRP及血气分析结果的病例(感染组),将床旁肺脏超声检查结果、肺脏超声评分与X线、CPR及血气分析进行对比及相关性分析;选择同期因非呼吸系统疾病入住NICU患儿(对照组)的肺脏超声作为对照,探讨床旁肺脏超声对新生儿感染性肺炎的应用价值。结果:对照组与感染组之间患儿体重差异无统计学意义;感染组患儿胎龄小于对照组患儿胎龄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染组肺脏超声评分与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感染组中,肺脏超声与X线检查诊断感染性肺炎的敏感性之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肺脏超声评分与CRP值成中等程度相关,与呼吸指数成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:床旁肺脏超声作为无创、无辐射、高性价比、高诊断率的检查手段,可作为新生儿感染性肺炎协助诊断及随访的常规影像学检查项目。
