摘要
目的:探讨护理管理在消化内科常用口服药物中的作用。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月—2020年5月在该院治疗的80例消化内科患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规用药管理,研究组在对照组基础上采用护理管理,比较两组患者用药安全知识掌握情况、护理效果、护理满意度。结果:研究组在识别药物、用药方法、用药时间、配合用药方面优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的用药差错率、护理纠纷率少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意率为97.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:用药护理管理后患者用药安全知识掌握情况良好,用药差错率、护理纠纷率少,护理满意度高。
Objective:To explore the role of nursing management in common oral drugs in gastroenterology.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 patients with gastroenterology treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020.According to different nursing management methods,they were divided into a study group(n=40,routine medication management)and a control group(n=40,nursing management was adopted on the basis of the control group).The medication safety knowledge,nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The study group was better than the control group in identifying drugs,medication methods,medication time and drug combination(P<0.05).The medication error rate of the study group was 2.50%and the nursing dispute rate was 0.00%lower than that of the control group(22.50%,20.00%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the research group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:After medication and nursing management,patients have a good grasp of medication safety knowledge,medication error rate and nursing dispute rate are low,and nursing satisfaction is high.
