摘要
脓毒症是指宿主对感染或损伤的反应失调导致的多器官功能障碍综合征,是重症监护病房的常见危重症疾病,临床上患者的患病率和死亡率较高,预后不佳。全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)和免疫抑制是脓毒症的两大特征表现,与免疫细胞功能紊乱的发生密切相关。在脓毒症病理生理中,巨噬细胞不仅表现为失控性激活、焦亡及凋亡,也表现为吞噬、抗原提呈、自噬等功能障碍,是SIRS和免疫抑制形成的重要一环。因此,明确脓毒症中巨噬细胞功能的变化是免疫治疗的关键,本文就脓毒症中巨噬细胞功能失调的特点进行总结,以期为寻找其治疗靶点提供参考。
Sepsis refers to multiple organ dysfunction syndromes caused by the imbalance of host response to infection or injury.It is a common critical disease in the intensive care unit.Clinically,the prevalence and mortality of patients are high,and the prognosis is poor.Systemic inflammatory response syndrome and immunosuppression are two characteristics of sepsis,which are closely related to the occurrence of immune cell dysfunction.Studies have shown that in the development of pathophysiology of sepsis,macrophages not only show uncontrolled activation,pyroptosis,and apoptosis,but also show dysfunction such as phagocytosis,antigen presentation,and autophagy,which is an important link in the formation of SIRS and immunosuppression.Therefore,clarifying the changes of macrophage function in sepsis is the key to immunotherapy.This review summarizes the characteristics of macrophage dysfunction in sepsis,hoping to find therapeutic targets.
