摘要
庄旺煤矿在采区衔接优化的过程中,实现了对井下带式输送机的升级改造,有效实现了皮带跑偏、托辊损坏、减速机断轴、皮带撕裂等问题的实时监控,不仅降低了能源损耗,还缓解了设备启动过程中的冲击问题。该研究对带式输送机常见故障进行分析并提出优化方案具有重要意义。
Zhuangwang Coal Mine has achieved the upgrade of the underground belt conveyor in the process of mining area articulation optimization. Real-time monitoring of belt runout, damaged rollers, broken shafts of reducers and torn belts has been effectively achieved,which not only reduces energy loss but also alleviates the shock problem during equipment start-up. Therefore, it is important to analyse common failures of belt conveyors and propose optimisation solutions.
