摘要
古籍作为中华优秀传统文化的重要载体,必须在妥善保护的基础上加以利用。通过对古籍开发利用理论研究与实践经验的总结,分析目前图书馆古籍工作存在的问题,提出进一步健全制度,落实资金保障;多措并举,开展古籍修复工作;加强人才培养,建设人才梯队;开展深度整理,促进古籍挖掘利用;提升古籍宣传水平,扩大传播和影响力等对策,以期更好地传承和弘扬我国优秀传统文化。
Ancient books,as an important carrier of excellent traditional Chinese culture,must be used on the basis of proper protection.This paper summarizes the experience of the development and utilization of ancient books in Hebei Province,analyzes its problems and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening the development and utilization of ancient books in the new era,such as further perfecting the system and implementing the fund guarantee.Multiple measures were taken to carry out the restoration of ancient books,such as strengthening talent training and building talent echelon,carrying out in-depth sorting,promoting the excavation and utilization of ancient books,improving the propaganda level of ancient books and expanding the spread and influence,so as to better inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture.
