摘要
“热结旁流”是由于肠中实热积滞,燥屎内结于大肠,进而使大肠传导功能出现障碍,其所引起的粪水从旁而流病证,呈结者自结,下者自下状态。由于“热结旁流”症状好似泄泻又非泄泻,临床上常出现误诊、漏诊,给患者带来极大痛苦,严重影响患者生命健康。因此,对“热结旁流”病因病机的正确判断,并采取及时有效的治疗措施就显得至关重要。大量研究表明,中西医治疗对热结旁流均有显著疗效。本文综述了近年来“热结旁流”的中西医治疗措施,以期为临床防治“热结旁流”提供较为详尽的思路。
“Heat retention with watery discharge"is a disorder caused by the accumulation of excessive heat in the intestine,dry feces in the large intestine,leading to the impairment of the conduction function of the large intestine.The fecal water caused by it flows from the side,in a retention and discharge state.Because the symptom of"heat retention with watery discharge"resembles diarrhea and is not diarrhea perse,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis often occur in clinical practice,which brings great pain to patients and seriously affects the health of patients.Therefore,it is of great importance to correctly determine the etiology of"heat retention with watery discharge"and take timely and effective measures.A large number of studies have shown that Chinese and Western medicine treating heat retention with watery discharge demonstrated marked effectiveness.Therefore,this article reviews the Chinese and Western medicine treatments of"heat retention with watery discharge"in recent years in order to provide more detailed ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of"heat retention with watery discharge".
