衬砌混凝土全自动养护控制系统在特大断面导流洞中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 拉哇水电站导流洞衬砌断面属于特大断面,如果衬砌混凝土在规定期龄内不能达到设计要求的强度,可能会导致衬砌混凝土产生收缩裂缝。传统养护方式容易出现无法全覆盖混凝土表面和养护不及时的问题。在工程实践中,研究出一种衬砌混凝土全自动养护控制系统,该系统能够实现养护区域内衬砌混凝土全覆盖及温度控制,同时降低施工成本,满足混凝土养护对于温度的要求,提高了导流洞衬砌养护质量。 Primary lining for the diversion tunnel of Lawa Hydropower Station is concreted at an extra-large section.If the lining concrete fails to meet the designed strength within specified concrete age,shrinkage cracks may occur.It is difficult to fully and timely cure the whole concrete surface when traditional curing methods are applied.Based on engineering practices,a fully automatic curing control system for lining concrete is developed,which realizes full coverage and temperature control of lining concrete in the curing area,reduces construction cost,meets the temperature requirements of concrete curing,and improves curing quality of primary lining.
