摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,城市建设存在的问题越来越突出,为了创造和谐美好、绿色可持续的环境,为市民提供更高效、便捷的服务,智慧城市建设成为城市发展的前沿趋势。世界各个国家和地区都将最新的信息技术应用于智慧城市领域,取得了良好的应用效果,也促进了智慧城市的发展。中国高度重视智慧城市国际合作,迪拜作为中东地区乃至世界贸易、交通枢纽城市,致力于打造最具现代化的智慧城市之一,与我国展开技术创新、数字经济、基础设施与电子产业领域多维度合作,在此背景下应加深合作机制,把握发展局面,整合本土化资源,推动企业对外推广智慧城市项目,建立产业联盟等,开创智慧城市国际合作的崭新局面。
With the imminence of a series of problems caused by the scarcity of resources,urban expansion and rapid population growth,countries around the world are actively promoting the development of smart cities.This paper aims to introduce the current status of the international cooperation between China and Dubai on smart cities,and analyze in detail the shortcomings of the two countries in the multi-dimensional in-depth cooperation in the fields of technological innovation,digital economy,infrastructure and electronic industry,and put forward specific suggestions for initiating international cooperation on smart cities in terms of strengthening strategic cooperation,integrating localized resources and establishing industrial alliances.
