摘要
目的分析针对进行腹腔镜胆囊切除患者实施快速康复外科理念的临床效果。方法选入我院于2017年2月-2019年2月进行胆囊切除手术的患者68例,数字表法随机划分为实验组与参照组,每组34例患者。参照组行常规的基础护理,实验组应用快速康复外科理念,对比2组临床各项指标的情况、并发症率、满意率。结果临床指标(肛门排气时间、术后进食时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间)对比,实验组均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总满意率高于参照组,组间具有同质性(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除护理中行快速康复外科理念,能够缩短各项症状消失时间,能够将并发症的发生率降低,营造和谐的护患与医患关系,实现患者护理满意度的提升,值得推广。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The paper chose 68 patients with cholecystectomy in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019,and divided them into experimental group and reference group randomly by digital table method,with 34 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine basic nursing,and experimental group with concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.Clinical indexes,complication rate and satisfaction rate between two groups were compared.Results Clinical indexes(anal exhaust time,postoperative eating time,postoperative out of bed activity time and hospital stay)in experimental group were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Total satisfaction degree of experimental group was higher than reference group,there was homogeneity between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying on rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in laparoscopic cholecystectomy nursing can shorten disappearance time of various symptoms,reduce incidence of disease certification,create harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients,which is worth promotion.
