摘要
目的探讨宫颈球囊在妊娠晚期引产中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月-2020年8月入住我院的妊娠晚期引产孕妇198例,随机分为两组,对照组99例应用欣普贝生进行引产干预,研究组99例应用宫颈球囊干预,对比两组引产成功率、预后指标及引产后不良率。结果研究组引产成功率高于对照组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组阴道流血及月经复潮时间均短于对照组,产后出血量低于对照组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自然分娩率高于对照组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用宫颈球囊对妊娠晚期孕妇实施引产,引产后其阴道流血及月经复潮时间均有缩短、出血量较少、极大地提升了引产成功率及自然分娩率,可以推广应用。
Objective To investigate application effect of cervical balloon in induced labor of late pregnancy.Methods The paper chose 198 cases pregnant women with induced labor of late pregnancy in our hospital from September 2018 to August 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly.99 cases in control group were treated with dinoprostone suppositories for induced labor intervention,and study group with cervical balloon intervention.Success rate,prognostic index and adverse rate after induced labor between two groups was compared.Results Success rate of induced labor in study group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P0.05);time of vaginal bleeding and menstrual rehydration in study group was shorter than control group,amount of postpartum hemorrhage was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P0.05);natural delivery rate in study group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical balloon can shorten time of vaginal bleeding and menstrual rehydration of pregnant women with induced labor for of the third trimester of pregnancy,with less bleeding amount,can improve success rate of induced labor and natural delivery rate greatly,which can be promoted and applied.
