摘要
目的 探讨护理专案活动在提高甲状腺术后颈部功能锻炼达标率中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年1~3月于本科行手术治疗的甲状腺患者69例作为对照组,调查该组患者的颈部功能锻炼方法是否正确、患者依从性高低、患者锻炼方法是否正确、患者体位是否正确、护士的宣教是否到位等,并对收集到的数据进行分析,通过头脑风暴法制定和落实改进措施。再选取2021年4~6月于本科行手术治疗的甲状腺患者63例作为实验组,对该组患者使用改进后的护理措施,比较两组患者术后挛缩瘢痕发生率及颈部功能锻炼达标率的情况。结果 进行护理专案活动后,患者颈部功能锻炼达标率由改善前的75.85%升至95.94%,术后挛缩瘢痕发生率由15.94%降低至4.76%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 通过成立护理专案小组,找出甲状腺术后颈部功能锻炼达标率低的主要原因,再有针对性的制定相应对策,能有效提高甲状腺术后颈部功能锻炼达标率,并降低挛缩瘢痕发生率,对护理质量的提高起到积极的作用。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing program activities in improving the rate of reaching the standard of neck functional exercise after thyroid surgery. Methods 69 thyroid patients who underwent surgical treatment from January to March 2021 were selected as the control group to investigate whether the neck function exercise method of the patients in this group is correct,the patient’s compliance level, whether the patient’s exercise method is correct, and whether the patient’s posture is correct Correct, whether the nurse’s education is in place, etc, and analyze the collected data, and formulate and implement improvement measures through brainstorming. Then 63 thyroid patients who underwent surgical treatment from April to June 2021 were selected as the experimental group, and improved nursing measures were used for this group of patients to compare the incidence of postoperative contracture scars and the rate of achieving standard neck functional exercise between the two groups. Results After the nursing program activities, the patient’s neck functional exercise compliance rate increased from 75.85% before improvement to 95.94%, and the postoperative contracture scar incidence decreased from 15.94% to 4.76%, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Through the establishment of a nursing team to find out the main reason for the low rate of neck functional exercise after thyroid surgery, and then formulate corresponding countermeasures, it can effectively increase the rate of neck functional exercise after thyroid surgery and reduce contracture scars. Incidence rate plays a positive role in improving the quality of care.
