摘要
为了加快异型流道模板制造进度、提高制造精度、保证制造质量及节约项目的成本,通过利用BIM技术,构建流道模板三维空间模型,获取加工构件详图;利用BIM技术结合受力分析及材料特性,对三维空间模型合理切割分块;利用BIM技术对异形流道进行模拟安装,对每块骨架及面板进行编码处理,提取数据,现场拼装等,结合利用BIM技术,形成了一套适应于水工异型流道模板制造及安装的施工技术。在禅城区奇槎泵站工程中应用的效果证明,该技术具有实用性,制造的流道模板符合设计要求。
In order to speed up the manufacturing progress of special-shaped flow channel template,improve the manufacturing accuracy,ensure the manufacturing quality and save the cost of the project,through the use of BIM technology,the three-dimensional space model of the flow channel template was constructed to obtain the detailed map of the processing components.Using BIM technology combined with force analysis and material properties,the 3d space model is reasonably cut into blocks.BIM technology is used to simulate the installation of special-shaped flow passage,encode each skeleton and panel,extract data,assemble on site,etc.Combined with BIM technology,a set of construction technology adapted to the manufacturing and installation of special-shaped flow passage template in hydraulic engineering is formed.The application in Qicha pump station project in Chancheng district proves that the technology is practical and the flow channel template manufactured meets the design requirements.
