摘要
现如今可用于纠正骶髂关节错缝症的手法具有相当可观的数量,但不同整复手法之间是否存在差异,正骨手法应如何操作,其效果如何等问题都有待研究者们一一解决。对于严谨的医学研究来讲,不同手法之间的差异是需要具体地逐一整理的,为此笔者通过中国知网查阅了近十年相关文献,现从发病机制、解剖特点及整复方法等方面进行综述,以探求更为有效的诊疗方案。
At present,there are a considerable number of methods that can be used to correct sacroiliac joint dislocation.However,whether there are differences between different restoration techniques,how bone setting techniques should be operated,and how the effects should be solved by researchers.For rigorous medical research,the differences between different techniques need to be specifically sorted out one by one.For this reason,the author consulted the relevant literature in the past ten years through CNKI,from the pathogenesis,anatomical characteristics and rehabilitation techniques are reviewed to explore more effective diagnosis and treatment plans.
