摘要 大数据、机器学习等技术的发展及其在各个领城广泛应用乃至逐步形成成熟技术体系,为多结构化TB级海量数据中心运维数据的存储、挖据和应用提供技术手段。通过建立大数据运维内控管理平台,实现来自各异构数据源的海量运维数据的集中长久存储、基于在应用机器学习算法和分布式计算统计分析、可视化的数据实时监控或报表展现,以技术创新进一步推动运维内控管理体系健全和完善,帮助内控管理全面掌握人员操作行为、实时监控高危操作、预先防范可能的操作风险。 With the emerging and rising technologies in the field of artificial intelligence such as big data and machine learning,they are widely used in various fields and even gradually form a mature technical system,which provides technical means for the storage,mining and application of operation and maintenance data in multi-structured TB massive data centers.By establishing a big data operation and maintenance internal control management platform,we can realize the centralized and long-term storage of massive operation and maintenance data from various heterogeneous data sources,distributed calculation and statistical analysis based on machine learning algorithm,visual real-time monitoring or report display of data,further promote the improvement and perfection of operation and maintenance internal control management system with technological innovation,and help internal control management fully master personnel operation behavior and monitor high-risk operations in real time possible operational risks in advance.
