摘要
目的 临床应用改良正念减压疗法,观察其对颅内肿瘤切除术患者心理状态以及睡眠质量的效果。方法 此次研究对象选定为颅内肿瘤切除术患者(总例数72例)选取时间于2018年8月-2019年5月,分成实验组和对照组,平均每组36例,实验组在常规护理基础上结合改良正念减压疗法对患者进行护理干预,对照组则采用常规护理干预。采用心理状态估量表(MSSNS)比较两组患者心理状态的焦虑与抑郁发生率,根据临床现象比较睡眠质量的优良率。结果 经实验数据结果对比分析,实验组患者在进行护理干预后焦虑与抑郁发生率情况明显低对照组,仅19.4%(P<0.05);睡眠效率优秀率均明显优于对照组,高达91.7%(P<0.05)。结论 颅脑肿瘤切除术患者在术后护理干预中,改良正念减压疗法使患者保持乐观的心态,大大降低了患者术后焦虑与抑郁发生情况,提高术后患者的生活率和睡眠效率,其安全性和有效性较常规护理干预更优,更具有临床推广意义。
Objective To observe effect of improved mindfulness decompression therapy on mental state and sleep quality of patients with intracranial tumor resection.Methods The paper chose patients with intracranial tumor resection (72 cases in total) from August 2018 to may 2019 as study subjects,and divided them into experimental group and control group,with average of 36 cases in each group.Experimental group was treated with nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing combined with improved mindfulness decompression therapy,while control group with routine nursing intervention.Incidence of anxiety and depression between two groups was compared by mental state scale (MSSNS),and excellent rate of sleep quality was compared according to clinical phenomena.Results Comparative analysis of experimental data and results showed,incidence of anxiety and depression in experimental group was19.4%,significantly lower than control group,(P<0.05).Excellent rate of sleep efficiency was significantly better than control group,up to 91.7% (P<0.05).Conclusion Druing postoperative nursing intervention of patients with craniocerebral tumor resection,improved mindfulness decompression therapy can keep patients optimistic,reduce incidence of postoperative anxiety and depression greatly,and life rate and sleep efficiency of postoperative patients,with better safety and effectiveness than routine nursing intervention,which has more clinical significance.
