摘要
目的 研究小儿高热惊厥给予针刺并防风汤的临床效果。方法 纳入本次研究的对象均从我院2017年10月-2019年10月收治的小儿高热惊厥患儿中选取。通过纳入和排除标准筛选112例,分成对照组和观察组。对照组常规治疗+针刺治疗。观察组常规治疗+针刺治疗+防风汤治疗。治疗5d后评价治疗效果,全程记录开始退热时间、解热时间、完全退热时间、神智恢复时间、惊厥持续时间,在治疗后的6个月、9个月和12个月分别对病情的复发率进行统计。结果 统计分析两组治疗效果、开始退热时间、解热时间、完全退热时间、神智恢复时间、惊厥持续时间、治疗后12个月病情复发率的结果为(P<0.05)。结论 小儿高热惊厥给予针刺并防风汤的临床效果在促进临床症状改善、控制病情复发率方面较优。
Objective To study clinical effect of acupuncture and Fangfeng decoction on children with febrile convulsion.Methods The paper chose112 cases febrile convulsion children treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.Control group was treated with routine treatment and acupuncture,and observation group with routine treatment+acupuncture+Fangfeng decoction.Treatment effect was evaluated after 5 days of treatment,starting antipyretic time,antipyretic time,complete antipyretic time,mental recovery time and convulsion duration was recorded during whole process.Disease recurrence rate was counted at 6,9 and 12 months after treatment.Results Statistical analysis of treatment effect,starting antipyretic time,antipyretic time,complete antipyretic time,mental recovery time,convulsion duration and disease recurrence rate 12 months after treatment showed P<0.05.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Fangfeng decoction can achieve good clinical effect on promoting improvement of clinical symptoms and controlling recurrence rate of febrile convulsion children.
