摘要
目的 探究三切面与特殊切面联合超声筛查孕早中期胎儿颜面部畸形的价值。方法 选取在珠海市香洲区第二人民医院妇产科进行超声胎儿颜面部畸形产前检查的孕早中期孕妇3000例,其中以单一切面诊断作为对照组,以三切面联合特殊切面诊断作为观察组。比较两组产前超声扫描胎儿颜面部畸形的检出率。结果 对照组颜面部畸形18例(19处),观察组颜面部畸形24例(34处),观察组检出率92.31%高于对照组69.23%(P<0.05)。结论 孕早中期孕妇产前检查中采用三切面联合特殊切面进行胎儿颜面部畸形超声筛查,检出率高,利于优生优育。
Objective To explore value of three sections and special sections combined with ultrasound in screening facial malformations of fetuses with early and second trimester of pregnancy.Methods The paper chose 3000 pregnant women with early and middle trimester of pregnancy with prenatal examination of fetal facial malformation in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital.Control group was treated with single section diagnosis,and observation group with three sections combined with special section diagnosis.Detection rates of fetal facial malformations was compared between two groups.Results There were 18 cases (19 places) of facial deformities in control group and 24 cases (34 places) in observation group.Detection rate in observation group was 92.31%,higher than 69.23% in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In prenatal examination of pregnant women with early and middle trimester of pregnancy,three sections combined with special sections can achieve high detection rate for ultrasonic screening of fetal facial malformations,which is conducive to eugenics.
