摘要
为研究健身气功的学科建设,从教学、科研、应用三方面提出问题并进行相应的论证。认为:(1)在教学方面,应从制订、细化教学大纲入手,在此基础上着手主要适合于本科生使用的健身气功教材的编写,并最终编写“规划教材”;与此同时,抓好专职教师的培训使之成为“一专多能”的复合型人才。(2)在科研方面,一要优化技术路线、注重成果转化;二要围绕学科特点组织重大课题;三要完善健身气功专家工作室、组建科研国家队。(3)在应用方面,要明确健身气功养生为主兼及康复的目标定位、老年为主兼顾其他的人群定位、扶植为主走向市场的推广模式定位,并协调上级有关部门尽早解决其中的政策不配套问题。
In order to study the discipline construction of Health Qigong,this paper puts forward problems and demonstrates them from three aspects:teaching,scientific research and application.It is considered that:(1)In teaching,we should start with formulating and refining the syllabus,and on this basis,we should start to compile the Health Qigong teaching materials mainly suitable for undergraduates,and finally compile the"planning teaching materials";At the same time,pay close attention to the training of full-time teachers to make them become compound talents with"one specialty and many abilities".(2)In scientific research,first,we should optimize the technical route and pay attention to the transformation of achievements;Second,we should organize major topics around the characteristics of the discipline;Third,we should improve the Health Qigong expert studio and establish a national scientific research team.(3)In terms of application,it is necessary to clarify the target positioning of Health Qigong health preservation and rehabilitation,the positioning of the elderly,taking into account other groups,the positioning of the promotion mode of support to the market,and coordinate with relevant superior departments to solve the problem of policy incompatibility as soon as possible.
