摘要
临床上常见的疾病有高钾血症、肺栓塞等,当两者合并存在时,病情变化急骤,诊断存在难点,心电图变化迅速且复杂,本文介绍1例少见的胰腺癌患者罹患高钾血症合并急性肺栓塞的病例。现对该病例进行报道分析。
The common clinical complications of severe diseases include hyperkalemia and pulmonary embolism.When the two symptoms occur simultaneously,the clinical condition changes quickly leading to a difficult diagnosis.ECG changes rapidly with a complex pattern.This paper introduces a rare case of pancreatic cancer patient with hyperkalemia and acute pulmonary embolism.
