摘要
目的 观察青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗骨科术后阴虚发热的临床效果。方法 50例骨科术后阴虚发热患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组患者采用常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗。观察比较两组患者退热起效时间、退热持续时间及治疗效果。结果 观察组患者退热起效时间(43.78±2.01)min短于对照组的(63.24±1.91)min,退热持续时间(11.39±1.22)d长于对照组的(6.00±0.93)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率96.0%显著高于对照组的64.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对骨科术后阴虚发热患者使用青蒿鳖甲汤加减治疗,可有效加快退热起效时间,延长退热持续时间,其治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Qinghao Biejia decoction in the treatment of fever due to Yin-deficiency after orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients with fever due to Yin-deficiency after orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods,and patients in the observation group were additionally treated with modified Qinghao Biejia decoction on the basis of the control group.The antipyretic onset time,antipyretic time and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The antipyretic onset time(43.78±2.01)min of the observation group was shorter than(63.24±1.91)min of the control group,and the antipyretic time(11.39±1.22)d of the observation group was longer than(6.00±0.93)d of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.0%in the observation group was significantly higher than 64.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Qinghao Biejia decoction has significant therapeutic effect on patients with fever due to Yin-deficiency after orthopedic surgery,and it can effectively speed up the antipyretic onset time and shorten the antipyretic time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
