摘要
临床医学是理论与实践相结合的学科,而临床实习是将医学理论知识转化为实践的过程。近年来,随着我国医学教育事业的不断发展,临床实习中出现许多问题,如传统教学法大大降低了学生学习的积极性,不能将理论与实践灵活运用,无法适应当前医学教育的发展。针对这些问题,探讨适合我国临床实习发展的途径,从学生、老师、医院、学校等多层面探索多元化教学模式,培养学生学习的主动性及临床思维能力,实现“医学生”向“医务工作者”的过渡,以培养出更多高质量的医学人才。
Clinical medicine is a discipline combining theory and practice,and clinical probation is a process of transforming medical theory knowledge into practice.With the development of medical education in China,there are more and more problems in clinical probation.For example,the traditional teaching method has greatly reduced the enthusiasm of students to learn,and they cannot flexibly use theory and practice,which has been unable to adapt to the development of current medical education.In view of these problems,the approaches suitable for the development of clinical probation in China are discussed.This paper explores diversified teaching modes from students,teachers,hospitals and schools to cultivate students'initiative in learning and clinical thinking ability,so as to realize the transition from“medical students”to“medical workers”and cultivate more high-quality medical talents.
