摘要
目的直观展现近10年国内脑小血管病相关认知功能障碍的研究热点与发展脉络,为进一步研究提供参考。方法以2012年3月至2022年3月中国知网数据库收录的相关文献为研究对象,运用Cite Space、Excel两个软件对筛选的文献进行计量与可视化分析。结果发文量呈逐步增长,2018年以后进入快速增长阶段;研究者多为医药院校或附属医院相关人员,但研究团队及机构间的合作较少;研究热点集中于认知障碍、小血管病、危险因素、疾病发展趋势、影像学表现(脑微出血、白质病变等)、药物治疗(尼莫地平、多奈哌齐等);研究趋势更倾向于回归疾病本身,中医药相关研究也是主力方向。结论我国脑小血管病相关认知障碍的相关研究方兴未艾且发展势头劲足;脑小血管病疾病本身及中医药相关研究是该领域的研究热点及趋势;相关团队及机构间应加强合作和突破地域限制,加强跨学科与多元化研究,促进发展的平衡性与多元化。
Objective To visually display the research hotspot and development of ceberal small vascular cognitive disorder in China in recent 10 years,and to provide reference for further research.Methods Relevant literatures collected in CNKI database from March 2012 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,use CiteSpace and Excel to perform measurement and visual analysis on the literatures.Results The number of publications gradually entered rapid growth stage after 2018.Researchers were from medical institutions or affiliated hospitals.However,there was less collaboration between teams and institutions.The research focuses on cognitive disorders,small vessel disease,risk factors,disease trends,imaging manifestations(cerebral microbleeds,white matter lesions,etc),drug therapy(nimodipine,donepezil,etc).The research trend tended to return to the disease itself,traditional Chinese medicine research was also the main direction.Conclusion Cognitive disorder in cerebral small vascular disease has been flourishing in China in recent 10 years and the development momentum is strong.The research on cerebral small vascular disease itself and traditional Chinese medicine are the research hotspot and trend in this field.Relevant teams and institutions should strengthen cooperative relationships and break through geographical constraints,strengthen interdisciplinary and diversified research,and promote balanced and diversified development.
