摘要
黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略的实施对于落实新发展理念、构建新发展格局及实现区域经济协调发展具有重大意义。文章基于地理区位异质性下产业集聚促进黄河流域经济增长的框架,对要素禀赋、创新投入、制度因素、生态保护、交通条件、对外开放六个因素如何对产业集聚产生动力进行了研究。进一步通过采用空间SDM模型进行实证分析后发现:地理区位异质性可以对本地区的产业集聚与人均地区生产总值增长产生影响;产业协同集聚亦可以促进本地区经济增长。同时,产业协同集聚较好的区域周边也存在着产业协同集聚水平较好的区域。基于此,提出更好发挥人力资本优势、改变制度变迁方式等政策含义,以期更好地发挥黄河流域在国家区域经济协调发展中的重要作用。
The implementation of ecological protection and high-quality development strategy in the Yellow River Basin is of great significance for implementing the new development concept,constructing a new development pattern and realizing the coordinated devel-opment of regional economy.Based on the framework of economic growth promoted by industrial agglomeration in the Yellow River Basin under the heterogeneity of geographical location,this paper studies how six factors such as factor endowment,innovation investment,inst-itutional factors,ecological protection,traffic conditions and opening to the outside world can generate power for industrial agglomeration.The spatial SDM model was adopted to carry out the empirical analysis.Based on this,it is found that the geographic location heterogeneity can generate the influence on the regional industrial agglomeration and per capita GDP growth;And the regional economic growth can also be promoted by the industrial synergistic agglomeration.In accor-dance with the above analysis,the policy implications of making better use of human capital advantages and changing the mode of institutional change are proposed,so that the significant role of the Yellow River Basin in the coordinated development of national and regional economies can be better played.
