摘要
从支撑保障、资源投入、研发能力、创新环境、管理能力和创新产出6个方面构建了我国规模以上木材加工制造企业科技创新能力评价指标体系,运用熵值法和多目标线性加权法分别计算了2010—2019年我国规模以上木材加工和木、竹、藤、棕、草制品企业、家具制造企业、造纸和纸制品企业科技创新能力评估值。结果显示:我国规模以上木材加工制造企业科技创新能力整体呈上升趋势。最后,提出了优化木材加工制造企业科技创新的政策环境,加大科技创新资源投入,加强与科研机构和高校的合作,营造自主创新的文化氛围等提升我国木材加工制造企业科技创新能力的对策建议。
This paper constructed the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation ability of wood processing and manufacturing enterprises above designated size in my country from the six aspects of support guarantee,resource input,research and development ability,innovation environment,management ability and innovation output.Based on the evaluation index system,it used the entropy method and multi-objective linear weighting method calculated respectively the evaluation values of scientific and technological innovation capabilities of wood processing and wood,bamboo,rattan,palm,and straw products enterprises,furniture manufacturing enterprises,papermaking from 2010 to 2019.The results show that the technological innovation ability of wood processing and manufacturing enterprises above designated size in my country was on the rise as a whole.Finally,it put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technological innovation ability of wood processing and manufacturing enterprises in my country,such as optimizing the policy environment for technological innovation of wood processing and manufacturing enterprises,increasing the investment of scientific and technological innovation resources,strengthening cooperation with scientific research institutions and universities,and creating a cultural atmosphere of independent innovation.
