摘要
基于2017非竞争型投入产出表和按行业分能源消耗量,计算改进的产业影响力系数、碳排放影响力系数和隐含碳排放,探究“双碳”背景下产业发展现状及产业升级的新思路。研究结果表明:①应当优先升级电力、热力的生产与供应业等“低产业影响力—高碳排放影响力—高隐含碳排放”产业,推动产业向低碳、高效方向升级;②对于机械、金属、设备制造业等“低产业影响力—高碳排放影响力—低隐含碳排放”产业,一方面可以通过扩大产业规模进一步提升产业影响力,另一方面,需要进行产业升级来降低其碳排放影响力;③以服务业为代表的“高产业影响力—低碳排放影响力—低隐含碳排放”产业,是“双碳”背景下需要大力支持发展的产业。
Based on the 2017 non-competitive input-output table and energy consumption by industry,this paper calculated the improved industrial influence coefficient,carbon emission influence coefficient and implied carbon emission,and it explored the new ideas for industrial upgrading the status quo of industrial development under the background of“double carbon”.The research results showed that:①Priority should be given to upgrading“low industry influence-high carbon emission-high carbon implicit emissions”industries,such as power and heat production and supply industry,to promote the industrial upgrading to low carbon and high efficiency.②For machinery,metal,equipment manufacturing and other industries with“low industrial influence-high carbon emission-low carbon hidden emissions”,On the one hand,we can further enhance the industrial influence by expanding the industrial scale.On the other hand,we need to carry out industrial upgrading to reduce its carbon emission influence.③The industries represented by the service industry with“high industrial influence-low carbon emission influence-low carbon hidden emissions”need our strong support under the“dual carbon”background.
