摘要
以2002~2020年CNKI收录的农产品物流过程相关文献为基础,采用信息可视化软件CiteSpace提供的关键词共现图谱、聚类图谱、时区图谱、突现词检测等方法,对采集的数据进行梳理与归纳,探究农产品物流过程领域的研究热点与前沿。其中“生鲜农产品”、“物流模式”、“对策”、“冷链物流”、“供应链”等是研究热点,“大数据”和“冷链物流”是当前研究前沿。并通过对关键词突现和时区图谱的分析,总结出该研究领域大致经历了三个阶段:2002~2004年处于起步阶段,2005~2010年处于多方面发展阶段,2011~2020年进入高质量发展阶段。
Based on the literature related to the logistics process of agricultural products included in CNKI from 2002 to 2020,the keyword co-occurrence map,cluster map,time zone map,and emerging word detection provided by the information visualization software CiteSpace are used to sort out and summarize the collected data,and explore the research hotspots and frontiers in the field of agricultural product logistics process.Among them,“fresh agricultural products”,“logistics mode”,“countermeasures”,“cold chain logistics”and“supply chain”are research hotspots,and“big data”and“cold chain logistics”are the current research frontiers.Through the analysis of keyword prominence and time zone atlas,it is concluded that the research field has gone through three stages:2002~2004 is in its infancy,2005~2010 is in a multi-faceted development stage and 2011~2020 enters a high-quality development stage.
