摘要 卧式加工中心是一种重要的机床,种类繁多,不同布局结构各有特点,加工对象与应用场合也有所不同。以63规格卧式加工中心为例,基于正T结构、倒T结构、十字滑台结构、定台结构进行建模,分析优缺点。通过不同布局结构卧式加工中心对比分析,确认正T结构卧式加工中心各部件受力合理,移动质量分配均匀,可达到较高的刚性、精度、移动速度,市场中最为常见,通常配备旋转式托盘交换机构,适合组建柔性化生产系统;倒T结构卧式加工中心布局紧凑合理,占地面积小,各部件受力及移动质量分配与正T结构卧式加工中心类似,同样可以达到较高的刚性、精度、移动速度,能够配置单工作台或承载能力更强的平行式托盘交换机构;十字滑台结构卧式加工中心工作台承载有限,Z轴移动速度难以提升,整体质心偏高,刚性不足,动态性能较差,并且存在明显的工件干涉区域,主要集中于低端市场,市场占有率较低;定台结构卧式加工中心的主要缺点与十字滑台结构卧式加工中心类似,但工作台承载能力强,衍生产品种类丰富,常作为专机应用于特定行业。 Horizontal machining center is an important machine tool.With a great variety, different layout structures, each has its own characteristics.The processing objects and applications are also different.Taking the 63-series horizontal machining center as an example, the modeling was carried out based on the positive T structure, the inverted T structure, the cross slide structure and the fixed table structure, and the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.Through the comparative analysis of horizontal machining centers with different layout structures, it is confirmed that the horizontal machining center with positive T structure has a rational stress on each component, and the moving mass is distributed evenly, which can achieve high rigidity, accuracy, and travel speed.As the most common structure in the market, it is usually equipped with a rotary pallet exchange mechanism, suitable for flexible production.The horizontal machining center with inverted T structure has a compact and reasonable layout, it needs small floor space, and the distribution of stress and moving mass of each component is similar to that of the horizontal machining center with positive T structure.It can also achieve higher rigidity, accuracy, and travel speed.It can equipped with single worktable or parallel pallet exchange mechanism with higher loading capacity.The horizontal machining center with cross slide structure has a limited worktable loading capacity, it is difficult to increase the travel speed in Z axis, the overall center of mass is on the high side, the rigidity is insufficient, the dynamic performance is poor, and there is an obvious workpiece interference area, which is mainly focusing the low-end market with lower rate of market share.The main disadvantages of the horizontal machining center with fixed table structure are similar to the horizontal machining center with cross slide structure, but the worktable has a strong loading capacity.With a variety of derivative products, it is often used as a special machine in specific industry.
