摘要
文化建设作为健全现代医院管理制度的重要一环,也是公立医院高质量发展的重要任务之一。新时代背景下,公立医院党的建设与文化建设之间有着必然的内在联系,需要进一步深化党建在文化建设中的引领作用。结合当前公立医院党的建设工作要求、医院文化建设的现存问题,公立医院可从建立核心价值体系、服务文化、榜样文化、关怀文化、品牌文化五个方面,实施党建引领医院文化建设的路径。
Culture construction is a significant part of perfecting modern hospitals management system,and it is also one of the most important tasks of high-quality development of the public hospitals.in the new era,there is a certain internal connection between party building and the culture construction in public hospitals,it is necessary to further deepening the effect of party building guidance in cultural construction.This paper according to the requirement of party building and existing problems of cultural construction in public hospitals,form building the system of core values,service culture,example culture,care culture,brand culture five aspects,and proposes the path for the cultural construction of hospitals led by party building.
