摘要
基于当前学术期刊经营的现状与问题,新时代学术期刊的经营要遵循“不变”(坚守)与“变”(突破)之道,即在明确定位、搞好顶层设计的前提下,期刊内容需要坚守;在强化制度管理、搞好服务的前提下,人才队伍需要坚守;在树立品牌、打造优质团队的努力下,团队信心需要坚守。同时,新时代是学术期刊转型创新的时代,追求新变,要“走出去”;新时代是学术期刊融合发展的时代,寻求突破,要“走上去”;新时代是学术期刊发挥人才效应的时代,创新创造,还要“沉下去”。
In the new era,faced with some problems and challenges,academic journals should practice the concepts of"maintenance"(persistence)and"change"(breakthrough).With clear positioning and design at top level,the contents need to be maintained;with strengthening system management and improving service,the talent team needs to maintained;with the efforts to establish brand name and a high-quality team,team confidence needs to be maintained.Because the new era is of transformation and innovation,we should"go externally";to seek a breakthrough,we should"go upside";The new era is for academic journals to give full play to the talent effect,so we need to make innovation while keeping the integrity.
