车架是承载底盘各系统零部件的载体,车架的制作精度由车架焊接变形的控制情况决定,是整车可靠性的关键影响因素之一。介绍了工字梁车架的结构型式,针对工字梁焊接变形和车架总成焊接变形,分别进行了分析,并提出控制措施。
The chassis is the carrier that carries the components of each system of the chassis.The manufacturing accuracy of the chassis is determined by the control of the chassis’ s welding deformation, which is one of the key factors affecting the reliability of the entire vehicle.The structural type of the I-beam chassis was introduced.The welding deformation of the I-beam and the welding deformation of the chassis assembly was analyzed separately, and control measures were proposed.
