摘要
建筑业是中国国民经济建设的支柱产业之一,在其自身高速发展的同时伴随着高物耗、高能耗及高二氧化碳排放的问题。本文以中国建筑业碳排放为研究对象,从历史到未来、从总体到具体,对建筑业碳排放的影响因素、未来节能路径及节能减排技术进行剖析。研究表明:当前我国减少建筑碳排放既是人类社会发展的需求,也是我国自身发展及建筑业发展的要求。当前我国建筑业碳排放影响因素主要有建筑能耗、人口总量、GDP和人均GDP。随着技术的发展,当前针对建筑业碳排放的节能措施主要有降低建筑能耗,以及寻求社会发展和建筑节能之间的政策平衡。通过本文的研究,希望能为我国建筑业碳排放的研究提供参考。
Construction is one of the support for the economic development of China.The economic industry of China’s highspeed industry has both high carbon emissions and high carbon emissions.With its own rapid development,it is accompanied by the problems of high material consumption,high energy consumption and high carbon dioxide emission.Taking the carbon emission of China’s construction industry as the research object,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of carbon emission,future energysaving path and energy-saving and emission reduction technology of the construction industry from history to the future and from the overall to the specific.The research shows that reducing construction carbon emission in China is not only the demand of human social development,but also the requirement of China’s own development and the development of construction industry.At present,the main influencing factors of carbon emission in China’s construction industry are building energy consumption,total population,GDP and per capita GDP.With the development of technology,the current energy-saving measures for carbon emissions in the construction industry mainly include reducing energy consumption,and seeking the policy balance between social development and building energy conservation.Through the research of this paper,the author hopes to provide a reference for the research on carbon emission of China’s construction industry.
