摘要
系统审视新自由主义理论是继续寻求超越新自由主义模式的中国特色社会主义发展道路的现实需要,也是推进对新自由主义的政治经济学批判的理论需要。基于定性和定量相结合的方法,通过对2009~2020年SSCI数据库收录的新自由主义研究文献进行深度解析,得到了一个关于新自由主义的整全性理论图景。研究结果表明,2008年金融危机并没有终结新自由主义,新自由主义已从经济领域扩张到政治和社会领域,发展成为一个系统性的制度。在理论上,全面理解新自由主义需要在传统的政治经济学视角基础上,增加现代性或后现代性的社会学视角、空间演化的经济地理学视角和国家理论视角;在实践中,新自由主义扩张过程并不是简单的“去政治化”和“小政府化”,而是越来越需要国家力量的配合,这对国家的自主性和国家治理能力构成了巨大挑战。中国经济迈向高质量发展有赖于中国共产党领导的中国特色社会主义市场经济继续抵制新自由主义的渗透。
a systematic examination of Neo liberal theory is the practical need to continue toseek the development pathof socialism with Chinese characteristics beyond the Neo liberal model and it is also the theoretical need to promote the political andeconomic criticism of Neo liberalism Based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,through the in-depth analysis of the neoliberalism research literature included in the SSCI database from 2009 to 2020,we get a comprehensive theoretical picture of neoliberalism.The results show that the 2008 financial crisis did not end neoliberalism,which has expanded from the economic field to the political and social fields and developed into asystematic system.Theoretically,a comprehensive understanding of Neo liberalism requires adding a sociological perspective of modernity or postmodernism.an economic geography perspective of spatial evolution and a national theory perspective on the basis of the traditional political economy perspective;In practice,the expansion process of Neo liberalism is not simply“Depoliticization”and“small government”,but increasingly requires the cooperation of national forces,which poses a great challengeto national autonomy and national governance ability.The high-quality development ofChina's economy dependson the socialist market economywith Chinese characteristics led by the Communist Party of China to continue to resist the infiltration of Neo liberalism.
