摘要
为适应流域集控安全生产的要求,保障区域供电质量,通过流域集控中心的监管特点和管理现状分析,提出了准确性、完备性、易用性的精益化改造方案。经某大型流域集控中心应用表明,该方案可显著提高水电站“无人值班”能力及对电力现货市场的适应性,为同类集控中心的优化提升提供经验参考。
In order to meet the requirements of safe production for watershed centralized control and ensure the quality of regional power supply,analysis is carried out on the supervision characteristics and management status of the watershed centralized control center,a lean transformation plan with accuracy,completeness and easiness is proposed.The application of a large-scale watershed centralized control center shows that this scheme could significantly improve the"unattended"capability of hydro-power stations and the adaptability to the power spot market,which offers experience and reference for the optimization and improvement of similar centralized control centers.
