摘要
目的:探究袋鼠式护理联合亚低温干预在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的应用效果。方法:选取厦门市妇幼保健院2019年10月-2020年10月纳入的100例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组采用亚低温干预治疗,观察组采用袋鼠式护理联合亚低温干预治疗。评估两组总有效率、运动功能发展[新生儿神经行为量表(NBNA)]评分变化、运动发育指数(PDI)评分变化、家长满意度情况。结果:观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05);干预前两组NBNA、PDI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预3个月后,两组NBNA、PDI评分均高于干预前,且观察组患者NBNA、PDI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家长总满意度为98.00%,显著高于对照组的86.00%(P<0.05)。结论:袋鼠式护理联合亚低温干预治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病有良好的临床效果,改善患儿的运动功能发育,提高家长满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of kangaroo nursing combined with mild hypothermia intervention in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Method:A total of 100 newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy from October 2019 to October 2020 of Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected,according to the simple random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with mild hypothermia intervention,and the observation group was treated with kangaroo nursing combined with mild hypothermia intervention.The effective rate,motor function development[score change of neonatal behavioral neurological assessmen(NBNA)],psychomotor development index(PDI),the parental satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in NBNA and PDI scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After 3 months intervention,NBNA and PDI scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and NBNA and PDI scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total parental satisfaction in the observation group was 98.00%,significantly higher than 86.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangaroo nursing combined with mild hypothermia intervention in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy has a good clinical effect,improve the motor function development of children,improve the total parental satisfaction.
