摘要
前列腺癌(PCa)是泌尿外科常见的一类严重威胁男性健康的恶性肿瘤,前列腺穿刺活检术仍是目前诊断前列腺癌的金标准。近年来许多研究表明,循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)在肿瘤进展包括发生、侵袭、转移和种植等过程中扮演着重要角色;此外,CTC表达与前列腺癌相关的各种生物标志物,在调节与癌症转移相关的许多过程中起着重要作用,因此可以应用于临床的非侵入性检测。本文就循环肿瘤细胞在前列腺癌诊断及预后中的临床应用作一综述。
Prostate cancer(PCa)is a common type of urological malignancy that seriously threatens the health of male,and prostate puncture biopsy remains the diagnostic gold standard.In recent years,many studies have shown that circulating tumor cells(CTCs)play an important role in tumor progression,including development,invasion,metastasis and planting.In addition,CTCs expressing various biomarkers associated with PCa play an important role in regulating many processes associated with cancer metastasis,and thus can be applied to clinical non-invasive testing.This paper reviews the clinical application of CTCs in the diagnosis and prognosis of PCa.
