摘要
目的分析贵阳市基层医疗卫生服务存在的问题及不足,探讨推动其发展的对策和建议。方法在查阅相关文献资料的基础上,对贵阳市基层医疗卫生服务的现状进行实地调查,最后进行描述性统计分析。结果基层医疗卫生服务存在人员素质有待提升、卫生管理体制滞后、财政保障机制不全、办医形式过于单一等问题。结论针对基层医疗卫生服务存在的问题,提出提高人员素质、完善管理体制、建立补偿机制、创新办医模式等建议,以促进基层医疗卫生事业的发展,提高居民的健康水平。
Objective To analyze the problems and deficiencies in grassroots healthcare services in Guiyang city and to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Methods After literature review,a field survey was conducted on the status quo of grassroots healthcare services in Guiyang,followed by a descriptive analysis.Results The main problems included the relatively low professional capability of medical staff,underdeveloped health management system,incomplete funding mechanism,and monotonous healthcare mode.Conclusions Efforts must be made to strengthen the capacity-building of medical staff,optimize the management system,establish compensation mechanisms,and introduce new models of healthcare,so as to promote the development of the grassroots healthcare services and improve the health level of local residents.
